Bad News - Good News

Remember the negotiation from Hell? The house was inspected and we discovered a problem that required us to need a specialist to come out and assess damage and repairs. This required my client to have to renogiate a term of the contract. It was like we were back at square one and I thought I was going crazy. The realtor on the other side just would not do her job. Finally my client looked at me and said, "Let's put a bullet in this deal and walk away". I was so relieved. (That's the bad news)

So, today a property came on the market and my client loved it. We put in the offer at 6 p.m. and at 10:00 wrapped up negotiations; we have a solid deal. This is a much easier realtor to work with. Oh, and for the extra little cherry on top, this contract is $80k more than the first one. (That's the good news)

As Dad used to say, "for every door that closes another one opens." And "everything works out for the best." Or something along those lines. "Out of every crisis comes opportunity." "For every yin there is a yang." You get the picture! Congrats.

I found another link that has 4 Minutes. The code is in Russian so I couldn't figure out how to embed it.

Better catch it while you can! :-)

Thank you Timmy! He also made an interesting point in the post associated with the video. Later, I'm going to go back and add my two cents.....
