There are some national stories that linger with me for a long time primarily because I need closure in order to move on. Schapelle Corby is one of those stories that I just keep waiting will have a happy ending. I wonder about her now and then. Unfortunately, I'm not optimistic about her fate; I wonder if she were American if it would have turned out better for her
The other story I've needed closure on has been the story of Natalie Holloway. I went on to FoxNews.Com this morning and at the top of the page is a report that the confession that was pulled from Joran van der Sloot by a hidden camera is admissable in court. That arrogant piece of ---- is going to get what's coming to him.

I don't think what he said is enough to convict him of murder. Not even manslaughter. Unlawful disposal of a body, or something, interference with a criminal investigation, if Aruba has those laws.
Yeah, I thought about that. Because if the tape is truly considered a confession, then he confessed to disposing of a dead body. But I do think he disposed of it himself.
It made me think of the guy in California that murdered his pregnant wife and then dropped her in the ocean.
